Worst app... Not opening...
I asked to unsubcribe to the app, and they still charged me $29.99. I've asked multiple times with no response. Probably have to sue this company.
I cancelled my subscription and have an email proving I did so they charged me 2 times and after i already cancelled my subscription. Also I have proof that my account is indeed inactive. I am filing a dispute of the charges to my credit card. Do not use this app it is a scam. I have also tried multiple times to reach out to the company through email and they do not provide a contact number making them even more suspicious as scammers.
I canceled my subscription on 15 Nov and received confirmation of cancelation same day. On 26 Nov received invoice deducted $29.95 for subscription Nov 26 - Dec 26 2019 I need my money back please
What a waste of time. The sign up page doesn't even work. I type in my email address then create a password then retype the password. Than I click the sign up button and nothing happens. Ironically though if my passwords don't match and I click the button it tells me they don't match. I then tried to lookup the website on my computer to create an account there but the website doesn't work. It says the URL cannot be found. I even tried looking up the web page on my phone and it said the same thing. Does this app or website exist anymore? I'm so frustrated and just wasted so much time for nothing.
I believe that they want to scam you. I would explain. I installed this app with the premium account. This account is first a trial, without any charge. After ten days I wanted to unsubscribe from my premium account. The only option is to send them an email. I send them emails without any response by them (till now), so I tried also by Facebook via a direct message, and I responded that I would unsubscribe without any charge. After a few days, I was billed $49.95!
Had this app for a while. Aside from some new features it remains as a whole very clunky and poorly optimized. I havent had much luck with their predicitions and they change their pricing and payments without advance notice. I bought the "full version" when it was $5 on the app store and then I checked back later and they added paid subscription for the full version and downgraded me. You may be better off developing your own charting algorithms.
Scamsters... they have asked mu catd details for activation free trial and once i login i am shown as an inactive member and there is not even an option to cancel the subscription anywhere.... and now they even chsrged me with 29.95$ wihtout even my consent and there is no option to cancel subscription. I may have to proceed legally now to get my money back.
Seems like a scam. After being charged in Janurary I sent an email (which they did not reply to) telling them I wanted to unsubscribe from their services, it's now March 1st and I'm still being charged $19.95 ðŸ˜
Please unsubscribe me I sent you an email over a million times. It's been a year now You charged me twice now and I'm going to sue you. Refund my money or I'm taking you and this terrible company to court!
